Millions of small- and medium-sized insurance entrepreneurs struggle to offer and service insurance products online. A normal agent/broker cannot go much beyond reating a website to advertise their insurance products and services. They struggle to use different channels to capture customer information for the quoting process via Whatsapp, phone, emails, etc. Large insurance companies offer portals to their brokers and agents, but they need to access a variety of those portals to obtain different quotes and generate offline quote-comparison overviews for their customers.
Why are you doing this?
See, there are many families and small companies in the world that would truly benefit from insurance. Someone who understands their needs has to be able to connect with them in their own words. We want to help these insurance entrepreneurs by offering them a modern but easy to use tool. We believe that democratising the selling of insurance will lead to higher insurance coverage and thus more families and small companies protected from the adversities of life.
What is your key objective?
Our fundamental aim is to ensure that more people can enjoy the benefits of insurance protection, especially in less developed markets. We have made it our mission to democratize insurance distribution by cultivating a new generation of insurance sales force. Our vision is to be the platform of choice for insurance sales.
What are you not?
There are plenty of start-ups tackling a wide range of problems. We will be happy to show you what sets our services apart from others. Our expertise lies in improving the underwriting process, beginning from data collection right up to the insurance quote. We are not:
- A customer management system
- Accounting software
- A digital marketing service
- A broker. We provide software that enables you to capture insurance relevant data from the prospective policy holder in such a way that you can use it in the underwriting process.
How much time does it take until my website would be transformed and I could connect to the emilian platform?
The installation of Emilian widgets is very easy and quick. If your website is adapted to for plugins, the process will only take a few minutes. Once you are set up, you will be able to enjoy emilian's services.
I cannot code and don’t manage my website on my own. Instead, I have a web-developer who manages my web site. Can she install the plugin, too?
Several clients are delegating their websites to digital marketing agencies. If you are one of them, you can generate your own widget and give the 3 lines of code to the agency to install it.
Most of my customers visit my website with a mobile phone. Is the plugin responsive and optimized for mobile devices?
The emilian widgets are multi-device responsive: desktop, mobile, tablet.
I have purchased a monthly subscription, when can I cancel it?
You can cancel at any time. Your monthly payment will cease to be charged from the following month, when you cancel your subscription.
Will I get a discount if I buy the service for more widgets?
The customer service team will contact you and evaluate a possible discount.
I have a voucher discount, how can I redeem it?
You can redeem it, with the first monthly payment.
Can I integrate emilian with my own CRM?
Our modern API strategy allows you to seamlessly connect different touchpoints. We will be happy to provide our API keys to your CRM software provider so that they can perform the necessary integrations.
Can I export the data?
Yes, you can export the data in diverse formats
Can all my customers have access to the insurance wallet?
Yes, you can extend access to as many customers as you want. Data storage is limited to the plan you have purchased.
